• Sell target products and packages and communicate system prices, channels, services and packages to customers and potential customers
• Demonstrate Astound's products and services to inbound customer traffic at the retail center
• Communicate current promotions and offers
• Establish rapport with visitors and match customers with packages suited to their needs
• Review customers' current service and introduce new services as appropriate
• Determine customer satisfaction and take steps to ensure a positive experience
• Provide accurate and efficient feedback on customer issues
• Use billing systems and sales and marketing tools to answer customer inquiries
• Resolve customer questions and concerns through active listening and clear communication
• Process installation, service change, disconnect, and trouble-call work orders
• Receive customer payments, issue receipts, enter payments, and balance the cash drawer daily
• Track sales progress and document productivity
• Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and promptly

Retail Sales Representative I, II, III

Director

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy
• Lead product portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions
• Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into product initiatives
• Oversee product lifecycle management from concept through launch and optimization
• Establish success metrics tied to revenue growth, customer adoption, retention, and market expansion
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Network, Marketing, Sales, Field, Care, and Operations
• Lead and mentor team and direct reports
• Ensure strong voice-of-customer integration into roadmap decisions
• Establish and maintain a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO)
• Develop portfolio governance frameworks, stage gates, and standardized delivery processes
• Oversee enterprise-level project planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Monitor risk management, dependency tracking, and resource capacity planning
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and product delivery
• Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and execution capacity
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and results

Senior Director, Product, PMO

• Develop and lead the company's Sales Effectiveness strategy to drive productivity, performance, and revenue growth
• Establish standardized sales processes, methodologies, and operating rhythms across the sales organization
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and implement scalable solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in prospecting effectiveness, funnel conversion, pipeline growth, and quota attainment
• Create accountability through KPI tracking, performance scorecards, and coaching frameworks
• Own and evolve the Fast-Ramp onboarding program for new sales hires
• Oversee onboarding curriculum, role-play certification, sales simulations, and AI-enabled learning experiences
• Lead sales training programs covering products, solutions, sales processes, prospecting, negotiation, and customer engagement
• Champion the SalesGenetics methodology and other sales frameworks
• Establish coaching standards and development programs for Account Executives, Sales Managers, and frontline leaders
• Lead performance improvement programs and leadership readiness programs
• Lead sales readiness activities for product launches, strategic initiatives, and process changes
• Oversee enablement materials such as playbooks, battle cards, FAQs, knowledge assessments, and launch communications
• Drive funnel hygiene, pipeline discipline, forecasting best practices, and sales execution
• Develop performance dashboards and metrics focused on pipeline coverage, conversion rates, productivity, and attainment
• Act as primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams
• Drive communication and change management for sales initiatives and organizational priorities
• Support, promote, and advance Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work
• Perform other duties as assigned
