About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy
Lead product portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and investment decisions
Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into product initiatives
Oversee product lifecycle management from concept through launch and optimization
Establish success metrics tied to revenue growth, customer adoption, retention, and market expansion
Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Network, Marketing, Sales, Field, Care, and Operations
Lead and mentor team and direct reports
Ensure strong voice-of-customer integration into roadmap decisions
Establish and maintain a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO)
Develop portfolio governance frameworks, stage gates, and standardized delivery processes
Oversee enterprise-level project planning, execution, and reporting
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor risk management, dependency tracking, and resource capacity planning
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and product delivery
Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and execution capacity
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and results
Actively support, promote, and advance all aspects of Astound’s Inclusion and Belonging work
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in telecom
Strong program management and PMO governance experience
Experience building and maturing PMO governance models
Strong executive communication and leadership skills
Strong strategic and analytical thinking
Solid understanding of product lifecycle management
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex environments
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred
