Brand Designer

• Own the roadmap – Lead all Brand Design program management, including roadmap development, project scoping, timelines, and resourcing.
• Run the machine – Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects across surfaces: web, digital, social, brand systems, event design, and sales collateral.
• Scale the system – Partner closely with our Art Director to further scale and evolve Assured's brand design systems, and optimize processes to streamline how work moves through the team. You'll manage the team's operational rhythm, advocate for the AD’s strategic priorities, enforce adherence to AD creative feedback & process directions, and drive alignment so they can focus on creative excellence.
• Connect the org – Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Client Engagement to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and integration of design systems across every customer-facing surface.
• De-risk delivery – Connect silos, socialize changes, anticipate risks, and provide actionable solutions for escalation to Brand and Marketing leadership.
• Guard the craft – Uphold and advocate for design quality with cross-functional teams and vendors;
• Bring AI to the studio – Identify opportunities to expand AI tooling for the Brand Design team, driving automation and efficiency gains, and self-serve brand resources for the broader company.

Principal Creative Producer, Brand Design

Support Engineer

• User Support & IT Operations – Serve as a senior escalation point for a fully remote, distributed workforce. Deliver high-quality, timely, empathetic support entirely over Slack, Zoom, and remote screen-share tools — no walk-up desk, no local hands. Own complex troubleshooting across macOS (primary), Windows, Linux, and mobile.
• Onboarding & Offboarding – Own end-to-end user lifecycle: account provisioning, group membership, device shipment and enrollment, and clean offboarding. Continuously refine the process alongside People Ops and Security.
• Identity & Access Management – Administer our identity stack in Rippling (our core IDP and MDM) — SCIM connections, groups, workflows, SSO/MFA configurations across our SaaS environment. Okta experience is a strong plus and forward-looking as we evaluate our identity architecture.
• Device & Endpoint Management – Own our Mac-first fleet through Rippling MDM: enrollment, configuration profiles, patching, compliance baselines, and remote troubleshooting. Maintain accurate asset inventory in Snipe-IT.
• AI-Powered IT Operations – Assured runs on an AI-forward IT stack. You'll operate and extend our automation layer via Console.com (ARIA) powering our Slack Request channels, and contribute directly to the overall automation of access provisioning, deprovisioning, and common IT workflows — pushing more of our routine work into agentic AI so the team can focus on higher-value initiatives. Experience with Risotto, Unthread, or similar AI ITSM platforms is a big plus.
• Security & Compliance – Help enforce access controls and endpoint hardening in support of our SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 programs. Help facilitate access reviews with the Security team and support evidence gathering for audits and offboarding verification.
• Documentation & Knowledge – Write and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and playbooks in Notion. Turn tribal knowledge into structured content that our AI tools can actually retrieve and act on.
• Roadmap & Improvement – Contribute meaningfully to the IT roadmap: tooling evaluations, integration work, and automations. Mentor teammates and help raise the bar as we scale from 200 → 300+ employees.

• Own positioning and the messaging house – Define how Assured is positioned versus internal AI builds, legacy core systems and emerging entrants. Build the messaging architecture that every other artifact inherits from.
• Translate AI into CCO language – Turn model, agent, and platform capability into clear, credible, business-outcome language that a Chief Claims Officer and their team immediately understand and trust.
• Smoothen CIO/CAIO objections – Turn “we can build it ourselves with frontier models” into “we want Assured’s insurance expertise next to us for whatever we are building”.
• Pricing and packaging – Turn our product portfolio into a unified Platform story with a strong focus on value positioning, packaging and pricing.
• GTM - Drive the Land narrative – Own the “Hero Build vs. Buy” story, the CCO-grade pitch, the CIO/CAIO persona-expansion, the analyst-grade category POV, and the field-grade objection library that wins competitive deals.
• GTM - Drive the Expand narrative – Own the playbook for growing claim-share within a logo and process penetration across the claim lifecycle, turning beachheads into platform deployments.
• Build and lead the team – Hire, develop, and direct the human and agents team; set the bar for quality and pace across the function.
• Partner with Sales and Product – Become the Enablement anchor, co-pilot critical customer meetings, deconstruct decks against live deals, and feed the field with guidance that moves pipeline.

AI Engineer

• Build agentic workflows – Design and ship internal agents -or entire orchestrated agentic workflows- on Claude for research, account briefs, objection prep, content drafting, and named-account monitoring – or any other use case we consider valuable.
• Build the data model – Stand up a warehouse-backed marketing data model (e.g., Snowflake) that stitches all data sources into one source of truth.
• Ship the GTM/Marketing dashboards – Build and maintain the weekly data dashboards that the CEO, Head of Marketing and Head of Sales read in under five minutes.
