About the role

  • Drive expansion in new and existing accounts by identifying client needs and introducing innovative products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling online and in-person sales presentations.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and execute large client deals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Renters Insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance client strategies and uncover new opportunities.
  • Analyze financial trends and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and account development experience within or selling into the Multifamily industry.
  • Proven success in solution selling, strategic planning, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience working with property management companies (3,000+ units).
  • Experience working with C-Suite level property management decision-makers. (nice to have)
  • Salesforce experience is highly desired. (nice to have)
  • Extensive knowledge of company products, services, and solutions. (nice to have)
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. (nice to have)
