About the role
- Drive expansion in new and existing accounts by identifying client needs and introducing innovative products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling online and in-person sales presentations.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and execute large client deals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Renters Insurance solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance client strategies and uncover new opportunities.
- Analyze financial trends and communicate insights to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and account development experience within or selling into the Multifamily industry.
- Proven success in solution selling, strategic planning, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Experience working with property management companies (3,000+ units).
- Experience working with C-Suite level property management decision-makers. (nice to have)
- Salesforce experience is highly desired. (nice to have)
- Extensive knowledge of company products, services, and solutions. (nice to have)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. (nice to have)
