Service Manager

Customer Support

• Responsible for overseeing accuracy, timeliness, and processing of daily customer orders with customer service team in support of sales team.
• Review billing edit list on a daily basis.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping while coordinating with Warehouse manager and warehouse staff.
• Oversee and reconcile inventory counts from the Logistics Coordinator on a monthly, quarterly basis and at year end.
• Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies.
• Monitors and oversees the training of all new personnel in conjunction with Operations Trainer.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Process machine, rental, and lease orders.
• Collaborate with management to identify slow moving inventory and discuss with sales team to facilitate its movement.
• Research and resolve billing issues supporting the Customer Account Specialist.
• Act on behalf of the branch manager when they are not available, coordinating with operations, sales, and service management as necessary.
• Support month and year end close processes.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Customer Service Representative III

Accountant

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Prepare, review, and approve complex journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger structure, including chart of accounts and financial coding integrity
• Review and analyze account activity, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues proactively
• Prepare internal financial statements, management reports, and year-end audit schedules
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors during interim and year-end audit procedures
• Interpret and apply GAAP and internal accounting policies; perform research as needed
• Support the Controller with technical accounting matters and policy development
• Track and maintain a schedule of all estimated tax payments for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimated payments, extensions, and related filings
• Complete and update the tax apportionment table used for state income/franchise tax allocations
• Reconcile estimated tax payments to general ledger accounts and tax schedules
• Partner with external tax advisors to provide requested schedules, trial balances, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Payroll, and Operations to ensure accurate and consistent financial data
• Assist with implementation and optimization of ERP accounting modules and system controls
• Develop, maintain, and improve internal accounting processes, SOPs, and controls
• Participate in process improvement initiatives providing recommendations for efficiencies, accuracy, and timeliness
• Select tools, techniques, and approaches for work assignments and projects
• Assist with other accounting-related tasks and special projects as needed

Principal Accountant, General Ledger

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Process customer invoices, bills of lading, and purchase orders relative to material and machinery.
• Follow-up with customers and vendors regarding order confirmations, ship dates, and pricing.
• Process invoices through customer portals and websites as they require
• Obtain vendor quotes and communicate pricing to customers and salespeople.
• Process vendor payables.
• Research and resolve billing issues.
• Confirm freight rates and invoicing with freight carriers.
• Assist sales team in researching and resolving customer needs.
• Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts of materials and parts.
• Review purchasing reports and place stock orders accordingly.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to resolve problems on damaged items.
• Verify outbound orders.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
• Special projects as assigned.
