Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts and/or Senior Business Analysts to enable delivery of technology solutions that deliver intended business value.
Work on a variety of projects including internal, product improvement and client implementations.
Collaborate directly with Project Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Operations, Account Management and Clients to deliver successfully.
Provide day to day team guidance, setting and managing expectations (priorities, timelines, etc.).
Facilitate positive, professional relationships with Technology and Business teams.
Assign resources to demand based on skills and fit; reflect capacity and demand in Resource Management Tool.
Present complex information in a simple and concise manner for all levels of the organization.
Partner with Business and Technology Leaders to understand BA demand and build needed capacity.
Ensure team can identify true business issues and facilitate solutions that deliver intended value.
Define, document, and implement best practices, tools and templates for BA team.
Oversee/manage requirements gathering, wireframe creation, and user story creation for select projects when needed.
Create and audit Business Analysis processes and procedures.
Act as a Senior Business Analyst when the demand or need arises.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills required, including MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, Figma (or something similar)
Minimum of 5 years of information technology experience.
7 plus years’ experience in a business analyst/project management role in a complex business and systems environment.
Familiarity with applicable software tools.
Excellent Presentation Skills.
Be comfortable in a client-facing environment.
