About the role

  • Drive new business development and sales growth for the APAC market.
  • Generate quality leads through multiple channels, ensuring a healthy and scalable sales pipeline.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across industries.
  • Support the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
  • Work across multiple APAC time zones and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, handling the APAC market.
  • Demonstrated experience in qualified lead generation and B2B technology sales.
  • Strong understanding of APAC business culture and enterprise sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across APAC time zones as required.
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
