Solutions Engineer

• Act as lead solution designer on strategic initiatives (new enterprise applications, critical enhancements)
• Write and maintain high-level solution design documents capturing business requirements, technical approach, and system interactions
• Break down deliverables with the PMO, ensuring scope, timelines, and dependencies are defined
• Create and communicate architecture diagrams illustrating integrations, data flows, and system dependencies
• Coordinate with development and delivery teams to ensure solutions are implemented as designed
• Define system integration approaches, data flows, and dependencies across the technology stack
• Evaluate tradeoffs between standard functionality vs. customization and provide pragmatic recommendations
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations, including requirements, data readiness, change management, and ownership
• Assess opportunities to leverage AI and automation capabilities and partner with the AI Solution Architect
• Chair the Enterprise Architecture Review Board (EARB) and contribute to application rationalization and fiscal technology planning
• Provide architectural recommendations and executive-level presentations on project impacts and tradeoffs
• Ensure implementations are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards
• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
