About the role
- Champion talent strategy for GTM roles (focus on Sales and Success) from outreach through offer acceptance
- Be the face of Assembled in the Mission/Potrero office and create memorable candidate experiences
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to design effective hiring processes
- Build meaningful pipelines via creative sourcing strategies, inbound programs, and agency partnerships
- Coach and empower managers to own their part of the hiring process and elevate hiring excellence
- Manage high-volume recruiting while ensuring high-quality candidate experiences
- Shape compensation philosophy through data-driven benchmarking and offer strategies
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics and insights to refine hiring approach
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in-house
- Proven success at an early-stage company (Series B or earlier)
- Experience recruiting GTM roles (focus on Sales and Success)
- Experience recruiting diverse talent
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring structure to undefined challenges
- Skilled closer: benchmarking compensation, crafting offers, selling candidates
- Experience partnering with executives and senior stakeholders
- Excited about being in the SF office 4-5 days per week
- Work authorization question required (willingness to disclose sponsorship needs)
