About the role
- Drive a world-class hiring operation across sales, marketing, and customer teams; shape and scale Rho's U.S. go-to-market team
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from kickoff to close
- Find creative ways to position Rho before top operators; A/B test messaging; take a human-first approach
- Obsess over recruiting metrics and continuously improve performance
- Partner with the Talent & People org and cross-functional partners globally to advance Rho’s talent brand and strategy
- Focus on quality over quantity; hire for trajectory, grit, and impact
- Act as an owner: build a business rather than just fill seats
- Report to Rho’s Head of Talent & People; based in SoHo (NYC) or SF office, 5 days a week
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions like sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships at a high-growth startup
- A strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence
- High ownership and accountability— you take responsibility for getting the job done
- Exceptional communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope
- Strong knowledge of the NYC and/or SF GTM talent market and how to reach its best
- A spirit of experimentation and ability to pivot
- Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred)
- Legally authorized to work in the US (application asks)
- Willing and able to work from local office 5 days/week (onsite)
