Lead a B2B software business focused on solutions that automate critical operational areas for businesses.
Develop and implement the business’s strategic plan across sales and marketing, R&D, customer service, professional services, and human resources.
Work closely with leadership to identify, define, and execute strategies to achieve growth plans and operating objectives with a focus on operational excellence.
Carry full accountability for the business's results, including financial and non-financial goals.
Own long-range, annual, and quarterly financial and non-financial goals and communicate vision, objectives, strategies, and philosophies about growth, revenue generation, profitability, and customer care.
Manage day-to-day operations including sales performance, opportunity management, forecasting, R&D capacity, and customer support.
Represent the company at promotional events such as tradeshows and panels.
Drive revenue growth through cross/upsell, entering adjacent markets, and developing sales operations and infrastructure for scale.
Maintain competitive intelligence and market trend reporting to inform product development.
Improve CRM and internal tool usage to increase forecasting capability and provide actionable insights to executive team and board.
Create and implement sales KPIs (e.g., CAC/LTV) and performance dashboards; measure NRR and MRR trends.
Manage key relationships with large accounts.
Execute long-term customer success programs; implement client support initiatives and monitor metrics including program usage, satisfaction, ticket throughput, resolution, and NPS.
Ensure product roadmaps are established and balanced between new development and maintenance; track Product Manager prioritization and execution.
Ensure profitable professional services delivery by monitoring billable utilization, staff OPEX, and contribution margin; establish strategies to increase NRR.
Oversee financial management: maintain forecasts, drive improvements in revenue, profit, customer retention, loss prevention, expense ratios, and ensure P&L, ROI, EBITDA, rule of 40 and ARR/NRR performance.
Partner with HR lead on talent retention and development, compliance with local employment legislation, and developing local company culture.
Engage in M&A activities with Valsoft investment group and oversee post-acquisition integration and operational transformation.
Requirements
3-8 years of experience in senior leadership roles within B2B technology, software, or enterprise services. Operational leadership experience is preferred.
Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing business divisions in payments automation, document management, or ERP integration.
Strong skills in developing and executing strategic business plans across multiple functions.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
