About the role
- Join a dedicated recruiting team focused on sourcing and hiring Hygienists
- Partner closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan
- Open requisitions and post job openings
- Source licensed Hygienists using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools/methods and Social Media channels
- Screen, qualify, and make recommendations for interviews
- Work closely with the Academic team to recruit from colleges/universities and Hygiene programs; attend job fairs as required
- Manage the candidate selection/interview process
- Manage the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations
- Support organization that provides non-clinical business support services to more than 900 independently owned and operated Aspen Dental offices across the U.S.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience with full cycle recruitment in a strategic, fast-paced setting
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel
- Ideal candidate resides in central or eastern standard time or willing to work central or eastern standard time hours
- Willingness to travel for team meetings and academic/networking events
