Temporary Compensation Analyst

Program Manager

• Serve as the administrative lead for the Program Division, driving the effort to unify support across Program, building a cohesive team of administrative colleagues and elevating the entire administrative team’s efficiency.
• Ensure high performance, engagement, and that the team is cross-trained and able to support each other.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities for Program, including meeting and event planning, division-wide communications, expense report support and review, vendor setup, invoice entry and tracking, travel planning, etc.
• Partner with the Senior Director of Portfolio Management to ensure that the Program teams meticulously track metrics and key results, that monitoring and reporting systems are in place, and that teams effectively use data to track progress toward goals and to guide decisions.
• Ensure that high standards of timeliness and accuracy in reporting are met in providing service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the Organizational Calendar; structure Program schedules and reports to align with calendar milestones (e.g. quarterly and annual performance reviews, preparations for Town Hall, leadership chats, grand openings, etc.)
• Oversee Program administrative working groups focused on creating systems that improve efficiency and consistency in coordination with ASPCA Operations.
• Project manage, ensuring that members of the administrative team establish and stick to established timelines.
• Manage and provide logistical support to Program Senior Leadership Team for meetings, events, webinars and conference calls to include travel/accommodations, developing agendas, recording minutes, keeping time, and when needed, room setup, refreshments, A/V needs, and catering.
• Provide project support including note taking; recording and archiving notes, decisions, and action steps; tracking tasks and follow-ups; and conducting document management.
• Oversee the collection, distribution, archiving and maintenance of departmental documentation, including program updates, training activities, metrics, planning documentation, and reports.
• Draft, proofread, and manage CPO communications with clarity and discretion, ensuring alignment with the CPO’s voice and style across emails and Workvivo posts as needed.
• Manage communications including all-staff announcements and inquiries to/from departmental mailboxes.

Director of Administration – Program Operations

Manager

• For more than 150 years, the ASPCA has been on the frontlines to save, transform, and protect the lives of millions of animals.
• Work in the field alongside a dedicated team to participate in the relocation of more than 300,000 animals.
• Safely and humanely transport dogs and cats in custom built, climate-controlled vehicles, on a weekly basis.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager, Animal Relocation – Performance and Engagement and have no direct reports.
• Candidates must be located within a one-hour driving radius of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (Dallas, Texas) or Boston Logan International Airport (Boston, Massachusetts).
• Requires extensive travel, by ground and air, including some weekends and occasional holidays.

Manager, Animal Relocation Driver

General Counsel

• Advise and Counsel
• Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate contracts and other legal documents, including confidentiality agreements, consulting contracts, and other documents used by ASPCA program teams.
• Work in close partnership and collaboration with teams across the organization on multidisciplinary and cross-departmental projects and initiatives
• Ensure efficient, scalable and compliant expansion into new areas of work

Director, Legal Counsel

Data Scientist

• The person in this position is responsible for the development of program logic models, supporting measurement plans, and impact metrics.
• They will partner with program teams to execute strategies, aligning on measurement plans, and evaluating programs that support the ASPCA’s goals to improve the lives of animals.
• They will conduct in-depth studies across ASPCA programming to generate credible measures of the programming’s current performance and to determine what efforts are most effectively and efficiently resulting in desired impacts.
• As a member of the Strategy team, the Director, IMDS will lead the design and development of program learning logic models and program evaluations in collaboration with ASPCA program teams, subject matter experts, external partner organizations and other external stakeholders.
• In addition to strong program evaluation, research, and analytical skills, this position requires an individual with a collaborative work style, experience in project management, and the ability to lead teams in a matrix structure, often without direct authority.

Director

• The Senior Director, Operational Alignment ensures alignment across goals, meetings, processes, and resources to maximize the impact of the Operations division.
• This position will lead both the operational and administrative functions of the Office of the Chief Operations Officer to ensure that systems and processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• This role will also lead cross-functional projects, drive initiatives to completion, and deliver strategic updates and recommendations.
• Support the operations of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), leading a small team to facilitate informed decision-making, strengthen communication, and drive alignment with the ASPCA’s strategic framework across all divisions.

Senior Director, Operational Alignment

• The Director of Database Operations will be responsible for leading the architectural design, and data operations management of the Development department’s Salesforce, Data Warehouse and associated integrated systems.
• Focus on system maintenance and enhancements that improve department-wide productivity, support ongoing Development fundraising efforts, and help the organization achieve both short- and long-term fundraising goals.
• Integral to maintaining and enhancing the data ecosystem through technology and innovation.
• Oversight of fundraising business processes, management of ETL and reporting tools, administration of multiple Salesforce instances (including Non Profit Cloud), supervision of a data warehouse, and ongoing vendor data management.
• Support the Department’s ability to meet KPI objectives and achieve organizational fundraising goals, sustaining long term growth for the ASPCA.
