About the role

  • Prospect clients, with support from Asaas' lead database
  • Conduct in-person visits, present our solutions and close new business
  • Activate and strengthen local partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities by region
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding as well as engagement and retention of acquired customers
  • Keep the CRM updated and share field insights to support commercial intelligence
  • Represent the Asaas brand at events, regional meetings, and local strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales or in-person sales (field representatives or local acquisition)
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, presentations, etc.)
  • Ability to work with targets and manage a high volume of opportunities
  • Reside in Uberlândia (MG), Uberaba (MG), Campinas (SP), Maringá (PR), or Londrina (PR)
  • Own a personal vehicle for travel
  • Hunter profile, focused on prospecting and developing new business
  • Comfortable engaging with a variety of customer profiles (retail, franchises, local service providers, etc.)
