About the role
- Prospect clients, with support from Asaas' lead database
- Conduct in-person visits, present our solutions and close new business
- Activate and strengthen local partnerships, identifying strategic opportunities by region
- Ensure a smooth onboarding as well as engagement and retention of acquired customers
- Keep the CRM updated and share field insights to support commercial intelligence
- Represent the Asaas brand at events, regional meetings, and local strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in field sales or in-person sales (field representatives or local acquisition)
- Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, presentations, etc.)
- Ability to work with targets and manage a high volume of opportunities
- Reside in Uberlândia (MG), Uberaba (MG), Campinas (SP), Maringá (PR), or Londrina (PR)
- Own a personal vehicle for travel
- Hunter profile, focused on prospecting and developing new business
- Comfortable engaging with a variety of customer profiles (retail, franchises, local service providers, etc.)
