Develops and implements strategic sales plans to support corporate goals.
Works directly with Solution Director or Application Consultants to execute new business sales strategies, expansion and maintenance sales strategies, and using company solutions to address customer specific needs.
Delivers professional presentations to existing and new customers.
Sales efforts will include calling on and presenting to pharmacy and health system executives (C-Suite), managers, operations staff, individual pharmacy owners, and at times pharmacy customer base such as nursing home administrators, nursing staff, and corrections officers.
Achieves annual unit quota goal in sales bookings in assigned territory.
Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet sales objectives.
Must be willing to travel extensively within selected geographic territory; travels to events such as conferences, national and regional sales meetings.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations or equivalent combination of experience and education
Requires five (5+) years directly related and progressively responsible experience, selling in the assigned territory and market
Successful record with sales experience
Proven track record understanding and meeting quotas
Experience in Healthcare and/or Automation is an asset
