About the role
- Write sales enablement materials: playbooks, handbooks, demand-gen assets, and sales decks
- Ghostwrite thought leadership: blogs, op-eds, executive POVs, and strategic scripts
- Develop scripts and presentations: talk tracks, video scripts, and keynote content
- Create campaign concepts: brainstorm ideas, write headlines, and shape value propositions for niche audiences
- Lead brand development: build narratives, messaging frameworks, and guidelines
- Produce short-form social and agency marketing copy, including LinkedIn and always-on content
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and clients and edit work for clarity and polish
- Distill complex technology into compelling stories and adapt tone for different audiences
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience writing for tech or modern brands (B2B/B2B2C a plus)
- Strong range across formats: longform, conceptual, short-form, scripts
- Ability to nail tone/voice, adapt quickly, and edit your own work for clarity and polish
- Comfort collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and clients, even when feedback is coming from non-creatives
- Proactive, entrepreneurial energy
- Portfolio required (website, PDF, or deck) and a short intro
- Nice to have: agency or fast-paced environment experience
- Nice to have: experience with remote collaboration
- Nice to have: ability to juggle multiple projects
- Nice to have: whitepaper/long-form writing experience
