About the role
- Drive member registration, activation, and business growth across health plan clients.
- Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs across plan-owned and employer-facing channels.
- Identify opportunities, shape campaign approaches, and build scalable, repeatable programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Implementation, Client Success, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data.
- Serve as day-to-day marketing point of contact for clients and support onboarding/implementation of marketing access.
- Develop marketing playbooks and channel guidelines; manage scalable campaign execution processes.
- Track performance, analyze results, and apply insights to optimize campaigns.
- Ensure campaign data accuracy with Data Engineering and Clinical Ops and ensure marketing compliance.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B2C marketing, with at least 3 years focused on health plans required.
- Proven track record executing cross-channel campaigns in complex client ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Skilled in client communication, internal alignment, and campaign enablement.
- Analytical mindset; able to interpret performance data and drive optimization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Lightdash, and other marketing/data tools preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environment.
