• We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong technical expertise and sharp business acumen to join our fast-growing Miami-based team. Retrieve, clean, and organize data from various platforms, including GCP, BigQuery, Postgres, and Shopify, transforming it into curated analytics datasets. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, growth drivers, and areas for optimization across departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards using advanced data visualization best practices. Support multiple business units by delivering custom insights and analyses that inform strategic decisions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. • The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple Aroma360 retail locations within a defined region. Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability across all assigned stores, ensuring alignment with Aroma360’s mission and business goals. Translate corporate strategy into actionable store-level initiatives and hold store leaders accountable for execution. Lead the successful launch of new store locations, onboarding, merchandising, and compliance in partnership with the corporate team. Establish clear performance objectives (daily, monthly, annual) and provide ongoing coaching and performance reviews. Lead, inspire, and mentor Store Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance sales and client-focused culture. Conduct regular manager meetings and store visits to provide guidance, support, and continuous development. Ensure all locations deliver exceptional, personalized client experience in alignment with the Aroma360 brand and selling style. Monitor and support the growth of client databases; guide stores in clientele strategies to increase loyalty and lifetime value. Guarantee consistent execution of all operational procedures including inventory, product delivery, stockroom management, POS accuracy, visual merchandising, and housekeeping. Enforce company standards related to store appearance, product presentation, loss prevention, IT systems, and cash handling. Partner with the corporate team to streamline processes, troubleshoot challenges, and improve efficiency. Execute competitive marketing strategies in partnership with corporate, including in-store activations and external events. Maintain strong relationships with mall management, event partners, and local influencers to boost foot traffic and brand visibility. Support planning and execution of seasonal and promotional campaigns; ensure each store reflects Aroma360’s luxury image and brand storytelling.

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including vendor invoice processing, approvals, and timely payments
• Oversee and guide the outsourced AP support team, ensuring quality in email management, bill data entry, and workflow coordination
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, including onboarding, compliance checks, and issue resolution
• Prepare and maintain month-end schedules: fixed asset schedules and depreciation, prepaid expense schedules, credit card reconciliations and employee expense reimbursements, accruals and AP-related reconciliations
