About the role
- Lead field execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with national strategies
- Adapt marketing initiatives to local territory needs without compromising brand messaging
- Collect and report structured field insights on customers, competitors, and clinical behavior to inform marketing plans
- Act as the marketing liaison to sales teams, promoting adoption of tools, messaging, and resources
- Support onboarding and training of sales reps with marketing-driven materials, positioning, and campaigns
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing efforts and avoid duplication
- Track program performance and provide feedback to U.S. and global marketing teams to optimize campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in commercial marketing (product, brand, or field) in medical device, biotech, or healthcare
- Strong strategic, insight-driven approach with excellent execution skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to engage sales teams, clinicians, and customers
- Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel domestically as required
- Previous sales or clinical field experience, especially in surgical environments
