Business Development Rep

• Identify and target high-value enterprise and strategic prospects for cyber security solutions.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of ARO's mission, values, and story, and use this knowledge to build authentic connections with customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Develop and execute market entry strategies for new business acquisition.
• Build a strong pipeline of opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
• Lead outreach to C-level executives and other senior decision-makers.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle for new business: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Own key strategic deals, particularly large, complex, multi-year enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, solution architects, and cyber security specialists to craft tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in understanding customer pain points and devising suitable solutions using the 7 questions deep technique.
• Mentor and guide Account Executives in best practices, pipeline management, and deal strategy.
• A focus on face-to-face client meetings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by selling solutions within the ARO portfolio including managed services and professional services.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategies to secure long-term, high-value contracts.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contract structures, and procurement processes for enterprise clients.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor on cyber security strategy, risk management, and compliance.
• Conduct meetings, business reviews, and strategic presentations to senior client stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging cyber threats, regulatory changes, and security best practices.
• Collaborate across wider ARO specialist teams to introduce additional services to prospects that deliver value beyond the immediate scope of engagement (Cloud / Infrastructure / Data Centre / Telecoms / Energy / Managed Services).
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align messaging and solutions.
• Develop deep relationships with vendors, acting as a liaison to align opportunities and sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Collect and share market intelligence, competitive insights, and client feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Transition closed deals smoothly to account management team.

Infrastructure Engineer

• Act as a 3rd line escalation point for infrastructure incidents
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple technologies
• Perform root cause analysis and preventative actions
• Maintain accurate and thorough ticket updates and documentation
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Support Azure IaaS, networking, and identity services
• Assist with Intune / Endpoint Manager and device management
• Support Windows Server environments and core server roles
• Manage Hyper-V and VMware platforms, Failover Cluster environments
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g. Veeam, MABS)

Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer – 3rd Line

Network Engineer

• You will be responsible for handling technical escalations from the Network and assigned project resources within the team, providing advice and guidance.
• You will be responsible for implementing Network projects from start to completion.
• You will be expected to take part in mentoring junior team members.
• Providing knowledge transfer and thorough documentation.
• You will be responsible for the successful technical delivery of any projects that you are assigned to.
• You will be responsible for the accuracy of the designs and solutions that you have input into.
• You will be expected to travel nationwide to customer sites at times, working outside of the office for extended periods of time. You will also be required to carry out work out of normal working hours as agreed with your line manager and in line with the company’s overtime policy.
• You will be required to be willing to provide ad hoc support to our Network Operating Centre (NOC), assisting customers with questions and queries about their supported networks on an escalation basis.

• Azure Platform Build & Operations
• Deploy and maintain Azure resources across customer environments
• Implement and support Azure landing zones and subscription structures
• Operate Azure services in line with governance, security, and compliance standards
• Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities
• Configure and support Azure networking components including: VNets, peering, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Azure DNS and UDRs
• Support ExpressRoute and hybrid connectivity, including troubleshooting and failover testing
• Work with external partners managing hub or shared services
• Deploy, configure, and support Azure API Management (APIM)
• Manage APIs, policies, certificates, and integrations
• Troubleshoot APIM availability, performance, and connectivity issues
• Build and maintain IaC using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Prepare, review & summarise monthly P&L results and own balance sheet reconciliations for assigned areas.
• Deliver variance analysis with actionable insights for multiple senior stakeholders.
