• Communicate with the Regional Sales Managers to gain understanding of their sales plans and customers
• Conduct meetings with customers to assist with purchase order review, order status updates, production schedules
• Create and maintains open order reports and document changes in ERP system
• Respond to customer inquiries in a same business day manner via phone and email
• Work cross-functionally, across business brands, to ensure customers are always kept informed
• Provide cross-training to other Sales Support Specialists for coverage needs
• Plan and adjust schedule accordingly to ensure seamless coverage of customers in varied US time zones

• Develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks in a PLM environment.
• Design mechanical components considering manufacturing constraints (cut & bending, die, molding, piping).
• Manage and develop product BOMs using SAP and PLM systems.
• Create and release detailed technical documentation, including component specifications.
• Manage technical aspects with suppliers in partnership with Procurement.
• Collaborate closely with other R&D teams, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Support Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) in component qualification activities.
• Apply PPAP methodologies and tolerance analysis during development.
• Ensure adherence to product development and industrialization processes.

• Planning and consulting in the field of building and supply engineering within the HVAC/plumbing (HKLS) discipline
• Supporting sales consultants and translating their requirements into technical building services solutions
• Performing calculations, sizing and hydraulic drawings for the HVAC/plumbing (HKLS) discipline
• Identifying and evaluating internal and external customer needs
• Supporting technical implementation, including creating user stories
• Further development of existing products as well as maintenance and updating of the product roadmap
