About the role
- Responsible for the on-site installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of boiler systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, combustion analysis, safety testing, and system startups and shutdowns
- Identify performance or safety issues and recommend corrective actions
- Document all service activities, maintain tools, test instruments, and service vehicles
- Adhere to safety protocols and communicate with customers regarding boiler condition, repairs, and operational recommendations
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in HVAC, hydronic heating and water heating products, with advanced knowledge of boilers
- Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proficient computer skills using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
