About the role
- As our first Workforce Manager, you’ll be the operational backbone of our staffing efforts - developing and executing workforce plans across clinical departments and projects. You’ll partner with leaders to forecast needs, analyze workload trends, and build scalable systems to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.\n

- What You’ll be Doing:\n
- Develop, analyze, communicate, and maintain detailed and complex long- and short-term forecasting across clinical teams and projects\n
- Partner with clinical team leads to understand upcoming resource needs\n
- Analyze staffing trends, workload data, and team utilization to make proactive resourcing decisions\n
- Design and implement tools/systems (e.g., scheduling, capacity planning, reporting) to support workforce management\n
- Help establish standard operating procedures for staffing, onboarding, and cross-functional deployment\n
- Identify and address talent gaps or resource imbalances before they impact delivery\n
- Complete and act as a resource for continuous improvement activities within complex workforce management projects and assignments\n
- Collaborate with HR/recruiting to align hiring pipelines with forecasted demand\n
- Support contingency planning and flexible staffing models for high-growth or high-change environments\n
- Who You Are and What You Bring:\n
- 3–5+ years in workforce planning/forecasting in call centers or other operational area with applicable industry metrics\n
- Experience using workforce management and operations tools\n
- Strong analytical and organizational skills - you can turn data into actionable plans\n
- Ability to communicate clearly across teams and levels\n
- Proven success working in dynamic, fast-paced environments - startup or scaling company experience preferred\n
- A systems thinker who’s eager to build from the ground up\n
- Nice-to-Haves:\n
- Familiarity with resource planning in service-based or cross-functional teams (e.g., design, engineering, marketing)\n
- Familiarity with remote clinical workforce planning\n
- Remote Work Requirements:\n
- An established private work area that ensures information privacy\n
- A stable high-speed internet connection for telephonic and/or remote work\n
- This role is remote, but you will be required to come to on-site meetings multiple times per year. This may be in the interview process, onboarding, and team meetings\n
