Support Engineer

• Conduct Hazard Analyses for flight-critical systems encompassing both ground and flight operations.
• Develop Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) to identify, assess, and prioritize potential failure modes and their effects on system performance and safety.
• Perform reliability assessments to evaluate the system’s ability to accomplish its intended function throughout mission operations.

• Act as lead in the development of a Configuration Management Plan for the IT directorate
• Utilize SharePoint and TechDoc to edit, modify permissions, publish documents
• Review and edit technical documentation for consistency and accuracy
• Coordinate and facilitate access to Controlled Unclassified information (CUI) within the TechDoc system
• Review documentation for compliance with NPR 7120.7
• Deliver training to managers, supervisors, peers, and external contractors
• Track action items related to documentation and configuration management
• Serve as backup for Physical Configuration Audits and Configuration Management functions
