• Triage requests from users via phone, email, Teams and other messaging tools and provide resolution or route to the appropriate support team.
• Perform customer engagement and/or outreach activities such as planning, developing, coordinating, and participating in events and activities which support customer engagement/outreach.

• Leverages subject matter expertise (SME) to better enable NASA’s enterprise approach providing collaboration services by evaluating conference room Audio Visual (AV) hardware and software
• Partners with key stakeholders throughout all phases of AV projects ensuring requirements, goals, milestones, and deliverables are defined and ultimately achieved
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project technical documentation including lessons learned
• Assists in the development of NASA project roadmaps, accurately documents conference room AV requirements, and identifies project risks to ensure stakeholder needs are met
