About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments supporting mission and operational systems.
Support enterprise system administration activities including virtualization platforms, Active Directory management, storage systems, system hardening, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
Perform systems requirements development, allocation, and technical analysis for IT and mission support systems.
Provide network and systems management, administration, and troubleshooting support.
Support cybersecurity operations including vulnerability mitigation, intrusion detection, authentication systems, and cybersecurity compliance activities.
Lead implementation and coordination of cybersecurity programs across multiple systems and platforms.
Conduct cybersecurity studies, assessments, surveys, and technical reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Experience coordinating technical activities and directing or mentoring peers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations.
Experience with cybersecurity principles, vulnerability mitigation, and secure system administration.
Strong understanding of network architecture, system administration, and IT infrastructure management.
