Key responsibilities & impact

Support a team of full-stack developers creating custom, data-driven web applications
Interface with technical and non-technical clients and team members
Work with a wide variety of technologies and programming languages including AWS, Apache Solr, React, PostgreSQL, Java, JavaScript, and more

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
Software engineering / programming experience with at least one high-level language such as Java, C++, C#, or Python
Java experience is preferred
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles, unit testing, code documentation, algorithm design, and code optimization
Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with the React framework is preferred, but not required
Experience with integrated development environments such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA
Working knowledge of the Linux operating system, including the ability to use a Linux command line interface and write basic Bash shell scripts
Basic working knowledge of Amazon Web Services and cloud computing concepts
Basic working knowledge of agile software development processes
