About the role
- Design and evolve enablement programs and certifications for Services teams and partners across different delivery tiers
- Build clear delivery kits playbooks and templates that support repeatable high quality onboarding
- Partner with Services, Partner and Customer Success teams to align enablement to real delivery needs
- Track readiness and certification status and use data to improve effectiveness over time
- Identify opportunities to use automation and AI to scale learning and simplify delivery enablement
Requirements
- Experience designing enablement or learning programs in a SaaS services or partner environment
- Strong ability to turn expert input into clear structured learning journeys and practical assets
- Experience building or running certification frameworks and readiness models
- Comfortable using data to assess effectiveness and continuously improve programs
- Tech savvy with curiosity around digital learning tools automation and AI
