DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and improve infrastructure and deployment systems across large, well-defined scopes
• Investigate and resolve complex, multi-layered infrastructure problems that span multiple components and environments
• Lead architecture-level contributions to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, and security posture
• Proactively pay down high-complexity technical debt and design systems that prevent future issues from accumulating
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and security to align on requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure cross-team technical coherence
• Share knowledge openly — mentoring engineers on DevOps practices, tooling, and system thinking
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and process optimisation within the engineering team

Senior DevOps Engineer

IT Support

• Guiding the Journey: You’ll lead technical workshops, helping our new customers map their core systems and processes into Ardoq.
• Building the Blueprint: You’ll translate a client’s IT landscape into a clean, automated metamodel, showing them dependencies they didn't know existed.
• Being the Expert: You’ll collaborate closely with the Onboarding team to refine our delivery playbooks, ensuring we are always 'Cloud-native and AI-driven'.
• Cross-functional Alignment: You’ll sync with Sales, Services, Product and Customer Success to ensure the 'Customer Value Plan' you start during onboarding becomes a long-term reality.
