• Own the full cycle: Lead and manage the sales cycle from discovery through signed agreement and a clean handover to Customer Success.
• Hit your number: Deliver against your assigned ARR quota and keep a rolling pipeline at four times your quarterly target.
• Plan your territory: Run focused territory and account planning to identify and prioritize high-value target accounts.
• Sell on value: Build clear business cases and value models that show measurable customer benefit, not just features.
• Win as a team: Work closely with BDRs, internal teams, and partners to create and convert opportunities.

Customer Success Manager

• Own retention and health across a portfolio of up to ~100 accounts through digital engagement
• Partner with Manager and VP of Customer Success to shape Ardoq's scaled engagement motion
• Use data-driven insights and account health signals for proactive outreach
• Collaborate with CS Operations, Marketing, and Product to create seamless tech-touch journey
• Deploy scalable resources such as webinars, guides, and video content for customer value
• Share best practices and business objective advisories through one-to-many communication channels

Scaled Customer Success Manager

DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and improve infrastructure and deployment systems across large, well-defined scopes
• Investigate and resolve complex, multi-layered infrastructure problems that span multiple components and environments
• Lead architecture-level contributions to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, and security posture
• Proactively pay down high-complexity technical debt and design systems that prevent future issues from accumulating
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and security to align on requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure cross-team technical coherence
• Share knowledge openly — mentoring engineers on DevOps practices, tooling, and system thinking
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and process optimisation within the engineering team

Senior DevOps Engineer

IT Support

• Guiding the Journey: You’ll lead technical workshops, helping our new customers map their core systems and processes into Ardoq.
• Building the Blueprint: You’ll translate a client’s IT landscape into a clean, automated metamodel, showing them dependencies they didn't know existed.
• Being the Expert: You’ll collaborate closely with the Onboarding team to refine our delivery playbooks, ensuring we are always 'Cloud-native and AI-driven'.
• Cross-functional Alignment: You’ll sync with Sales, Services, Product and Customer Success to ensure the 'Customer Value Plan' you start during onboarding becomes a long-term reality.
