Project Manager

• The PM serves as the primary point of contact and overall lead for the team providing Correspondence and Project Management Support requirement.
• The PM is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing all contract activities to ensure successful execution of correspondence management, records management, content management, workflow improvement, Section 508 compliance, and strategic support services.
• The PM provides leadership and oversight for all contractor personnel and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance objectives.
• The PM develops and maintains the Project Management Plan (PMP), manages project schedules and milestones, monitors risks and issues, oversees quality control processes, and provides regular status reporting to Government stakeholders.
• The PM supports ORMS leadership by coordinating strategic initiatives, facilitating executive meetings, preparing briefing materials, documenting action items and decisions, and providing analytical support to improve organizational processes and operational efficiency.
• The PM also advises Government personnel on best practices related to correspondence management systems, records management, FOIA, FACA, Section 508 compliance, content management, technical writing, and business process improvement.
• The PM is responsible for ensuring timely completion of all contract deliverables, including monthly progress reports, annual summary reports, standard operating procedures, content management alignment materials, transition plans, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• The PM works closely with the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and ORMS leadership to identify priorities, manage workload fluctuations, and support mission-critical correspondence and records management activities.

• The tech writer produces proposal content, technical content for various technical topics and approaches/solutions.
• Develops proposal task response content responsive to solicitation requirements.
• Coordinates through our proposal manager with some direct client interaction.
• Work is by project and hourly.

Cybersecurity Tech Writer – Part Time

Customer Support

• Conduct administrative completeness reviews of grant applications and supporting documentation.
• Review grant application materials including budgets, attachments, strategic plans, narratives, and supporting forms for completeness and administrative compliance.
• Enter, validate, update, and maintain grant application and award data within eGMS and related tracking systems.
• Prepare draft eligibility analyses, budget reviews, and administrative findings for Government review and approval.
• Support peer review activities by assisting with panel setup, reviewer coordination, reviewer troubleshooting, and preparation of panel materials.
• Prepare spreadsheets, datasets, reports, dashboards, and visualizations supporting grant program management and funding decision processes.
• Review interim and final performance reports and document administrative findings, compliance concerns, and monitoring observations.
• Track grantee reporting requirements, overdue submissions, and administrative actions.
• Prepare draft correspondence, outreach communications, monitoring templates, and status reports for Government review.
• Process administrative grant change requests, personnel updates, and grant file maintenance activities.
• Support grants monitoring and closeout activities while maintaining detailed tracking logs and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify data inconsistencies, anomalies, and missing information and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with preparation of Section 508-compliant documents and materials for public posting.
• Maintain confidentiality and properly safeguard sensitive but unclassified grant information and personally identifiable information (PII).
• Participate in required security, confidentiality, privacy, and grants management training.
• Provide weekly status updates and support monthly workload and SLA reporting requirements.

• Handle daily HR functions—including recruitment onboarding employee relations benefits administration

• Monitor and ensure company policies align with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files and documentation to support DCAA, DOL, and OFCCP audits
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions on relevant job boards, screening candidates, ensuring compliance with Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) recruitment guidelines
• Facilitate new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, employee offboarding
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, conduct investigations into workplace concerns, provide guidance to management on performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
• Administer company benefits programs (medical, dental, 401k)
• Assist with payroll data accuracy, including monitoring Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determinations
