Human Resources

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Process HR paperwork, including new hire documentation, status changes, and terminations
• Generate standard HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover)
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks, preparing welcome packets, and coordinating first-day logistics
• Support the talent acquisition team by posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Ensure all Employee data is correctly stored and benefits reflect accurately
• Act as a first point of contact for basic employee questions regarding benefits, HR policies, and procedures
• Assist in coordinating company events, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives
• Help communicate HR policies and updates effectively to employees
• Assist in ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support the coordination of company-wide mandatory training programs
• Input and audit data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure integrity and accuracy
