  • Take full responsibility for directing and successfully delivering a portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring consistency in execution, financial performance, and alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to delivering complex projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee teams, both locally and internationally, to deliver integrated, commercially viable solutions.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure robust project governance, including scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and quality management; take ultimate accountability for project outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and mentoring emerging leaders.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple projects or a portfolio, with a focus on clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Significant experience managing and delivering a portfolio of large and complex infrastructure or highway projects, ideally within a design and build context.
  • Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including remote or offshore delivery partners.
  • Strong ability to build trust and rapport with clients, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and lead client engagements with a commercial mindset.
  • Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, contracts (NEC/JCT), and financial performance.
  • Relevant degree (e.g., Civil Engineering) and professional accreditation (e.g., MIHT, ICE, or similar).
  • Experience working on international highway/infrastructure projects and within global consultancy or contractor environments.
