  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product R&D and marketing to adapt offerings to U.S. aesthetic preferences while preserving cultural authenticity
  • Bridge Eastern cultural heritage with Western luxury consumption and connect Chinese craftsmanship with American luxury buyers to drive commercial success

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-end crafts or luxury goods sales in the U.S.
  • Demonstrated network of key clients (e.g., luxury retailers, interior design firms, hospitality procurement teams)
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. luxury sales models, including B2B partnerships, gallery placements, and high-end trade shows (e.g., NY NOW, Las Vegas Market)
  • Passion for Chinese heritage and ability to articulate the stories behind the crafts to U.S. luxury consumers
  • History of meeting/exceeding sales targets; ability to negotiate high-value contracts and manage long-term client relationships
