About the role

  • Provide back-office investment operations support to 3 financial advisors via a Salesforce tasking process
  • Open new accounts
  • Process money movement requests
  • Submit account transfer submissions
  • Process address changes
  • Handle client distributions and RMDs
  • Process client contributions and deposits
  • Handle general service requests
  • Work closely with custodial firms including Pershing and Schwab
  • Provide support on Alternative Investment subscription documents
  • Work closely with the trading and billing team to ensure accounts are setup properly and timely
  • Identify efficiency opportunities
  • Report to Senior Director of Staffing and Operations
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences by providing high-quality service and support

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: College degree
  • 4+ Years of relevant financial industry experience
  • Self-starter and motivated to learn
  • Familiar and competent in the Windows suite of programs
  • Embraces working on a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of custodial platforms (not required)
  • Familiarity with Schwab and Pershing (required)
  • Industry licensing (not required)
  • Must maintain client confidentiality
  • Ability to ensure compliance of firm’s policies and procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Creative, flexible, and persistent in completing tasks
  • Background check required for all employees
