About the role
- Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners creating custom outdoor living spaces
- Guide clients through the entire process from initial design to project completion
- Meet with prospective clients to understand vision, lifestyle, and budget
- Design and propose complete outdoor living concepts including pools, spas, kitchens, and hardscaping
- Collaborate with in-house design and construction teams to ensure feasibility of designs
- Present professional proposals and maintain strong client communication throughout project lifecycle
- Manage sales pipeline and effectively follow up on leads
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in custom home construction, luxury services, or outdoor living design
- Genuine passion for design and creating high-quality, livable spaces
- Strong listening and communication skills to help families make important decisions
- Well-organized and self-motivated; ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Familiarity with Northern Los Angeles and Santa Clarita Valley areas is a strong plus
- Authorized to work in the US (application asks about US work authorization and sponsorship)
