Requirements
12+ years in Product/UX Design, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
Proven success building and scaling design organizations in SaaS or enterprise environments.
Experience leading large-scale, end-to-end design initiatives that demonstrate measurable business impact.
Strong systems thinking, storytelling, and communication skills — able to influence and align at all levels.
Deep understanding of design operations, UX metrics, and experience-led growth.
Expertise in modern design tools, AI-driven experiences, and responsive platforms.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
