About the role
- Support the recruitment and onboarding in the country such as creating requisitions, posting job ads, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, sending offers, following up on requisition approvals, and closing completed requisitions.
- Support implementation of on/off-boarding processes and analyze post-surveys to recommend improvements; deliver employer branding activities with OD team.
- Support HRBP in compensation matters, deliver accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll data, manage payroll vendors and vendor contracts, and assist junior colleagues with regulatory interactions.
- Ensure HR compliance with external regulations and internal SOPs; assist HRBP in audit processes and close open items.
- Follow up on annual performance appraisals, respond to performance management and engagement queries, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives with HRBP.
Requirements
- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise or coach others, work under little to no supervision and is self-sufficient and self-starter (Preferred Over 3 to 6 years).
- Bilingual preferred.
