Product Manager

• Develops and maintains a comprehensive understanding of the brand strategy, philosophy, product portfolio, category performance, consumer insights, competitive landscape, and market trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations for category growth.
• Leads the end-to-end development of new products, from concept to market launch, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, internal procedures, and the brand philosophy. Owns the execution of innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches on time and within scope.
• Owns and optimizes the product portfolio under his/her responsibility, driving lifecycle management initiatives including portfolio optimization, artwork revisions, packaging updates, formula adaptations, and continuous product improvements to meet regulatory requirements, business needs, and consumer expectations.
• Contributes to the definition of category strategy, product assortment, innovation pipeline, and global marketing plans by identifying opportunities and recommending initiatives aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
• Analyzes global sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities, evaluate business performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Leads the execution of product launches and marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of packaging, communication materials, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and all launch assets in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitors product and category performance throughout the product lifecycle, tracking KPIs, evaluating launch success, and recommending optimization actions to maximize business results.
• Acts as an APIVITA Brand Ambassador by presenting product launches, category strategies, and business recommendations to commercial teams, business partners, and during B2B or PR events.

Global Product Manager

IT Support

• Is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and continuous operation of IT infrastructure across office locations, ensuring system availability, performance, security, and compliance with HQ standards.
• Oversees IT assets, infrastructure lifecycle, and coordination of external vendors and service providers, including maintenance activities for systems, servers, networks, and telecommunications.
• Manages IT suppliers and service partners, including performance monitoring, coordination, and support in service delivery and negotiations.
• Ensures adherence to IT security and cybersecurity policies, acting as the local coordination point for related communications and escalations.
• Supports IT project implementation within the office environment and ensures operational readiness of new systems and services.
• Acts as the local liaison with HQ Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity teams, as well as relevant external authorities, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of IT-related matters.
• Supervises one IT Support Administrator and provides day-to-day coordination of local IT support activities.

IT Support Supervisor

• - Develops new products from concept to launch, ensuring full compliance with EU regulations, internal procedures, and brand philosophy. Coordinates and monitors the entire New Product Development (NPD) process, acting as project manager to ensure timely launches while collaborating closely with R&D, Packaging, Regulatory and Supply teams throughout the development process
• - Coordinates and collaborates cross-functionally with all departments to execute marketing plans and develop communication materials in line with the marketing calendar, approved budget, and agreed timelines.
• - Manages and maintains the existing product portfolio under his/her responsibility, ensuring products remain up to date with regulatory requirements, business needs, and brand standards through artwork revisions, packaging updates, formula adaptations, and continuous product improvement initiatives
• - Acquires and maintains a 360° understanding of the brand strategy and philosophy, product attributes within assigned categories, key competitors, and market trends. Conducts competitive analyses, performs market visits, and monitors category performance and sales to support product strategy
• - Prepares and delivers impactful presentations to support product launches and key business reviews. Acts as a Brand Ambassador, consistently representing and promoting the brand values and philosophy across all activities and touchpoints
