About the role
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategies for leveraging existing relationships and expanding business opportunities supporting the development of small to large design projects from inception to completion
- Supporting the work of others and mentoring junior-level geologists & design/drafting technical staff
- Help grow a team of technical staff to support office operations and project execution
- Participate in internal and external technical organizations representing the company
Requirements
- PG license registration
- 30+ years of experience in mining geology with a focus on client satisfaction and attraction
- Proven experience in collaborating between project managers and owner’s while developing client relationships
- A desire to play a key role in growing our organization and contributing to the firm’s long-term success
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
