About the role
- Drive go-to-market product strategies from concept through launch and beyond.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate AnywhereNow in the CCaaS space.
- Lead launch plans, sales enablement, and campaign asset creation.
- Collaborate with product managers to align roadmap messaging with customer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
- Partner with sales, support, and customer success to refine messaging.
- Ensure consistent product storytelling across all marketing channels.
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and product adoption.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Establish feedback loops with sales, customers, and partners to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and product launches within CCaaS or enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in promoting Virtual Agent solutions or similar AI-driven platforms.
- Experience marketing AI technologies, especially Microsoft Copilot, is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate features into customer benefits.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables end-to-end.
