About the role

  • Drive go-to-market product strategies from concept through launch and beyond.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that differentiate AnywhereNow in the CCaaS space.
  • Lead launch plans, sales enablement, and campaign asset creation.
  • Collaborate with product managers to align roadmap messaging with customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
  • Partner with sales, support, and customer success to refine messaging.
  • Ensure consistent product storytelling across all marketing channels.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and product adoption.
  • Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
  • Establish feedback loops with sales, customers, and partners to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in go-to-market strategy and product launches within CCaaS or enterprise SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in promoting Virtual Agent solutions or similar AI-driven platforms.
  • Experience marketing AI technologies, especially Microsoft Copilot, is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate features into customer benefits.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables end-to-end.
