About the role

  • As our new SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your mission is simple: create meaningful connections, spark curiosity, and open doors for our Sales Executives to close high-value deals. Key responsibilities include: Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels. Qualify Leads: Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their challenges and determine fit with Deepdesk’s AI solutions. Build Pipeline: Generate and nurture high-quality leads, scheduling meetings and demos for the sales team. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Executives Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and market strategies. Market Research: Stay on top of trends in SaaS, AI, and customer experience to understand our prospects’ needs. Customer First: Ensure a smooth handover to Account Executives and Onboarding teams for a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing role (bonus if in SaaS or contact center tech). Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English (non-negotiable). A natural ability to build rapport and spark interest with people you’ve just met. Basic understanding of cloud technologies and/or enterprise software. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Bonus points if you have: Experience with dialogue/contact center solutions. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools. A solid professional network in SaaS or enterprise tech.
