Be the operational backbone of our commercial efforts, translating data into strategy and ensuring seamless execution across the Go-to-Market function.
Work closely with the CCO, HOS, and HOM to drive sales execution, performance metrics, forecasting, pipeline updates, and BDR performance using Hubspot.
Track marketing performance metrics and lead generation progress through advanced use of Hubspot reports and dashboards.
Build tools and dashboards inside Hubspot that unlock actionable insights and findings for the CCO and HOS.
Lead ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations.
Provide critical support to the Sales team, including advancing sales deck content, responding to RFP requests, and helping to build robust business cases that articulate clear ROI to prospects.
Assist the CCO and HOS in driving all steps of Andgo's GTM strategy, including market segmentation, headcount planning, territory implementation, and quota setting.
Advocate for and help implement process improvements, finding new ways to automate existing tasks using AI tools and troubleshoot operational issues.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless execution of Go to Market (GTM) initiatives.
Clearly communicate complex data, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar GTM support role.
Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization skills.
Demonstrated success in supporting commercial teams in a high-growth SaaS or B2B technology environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to design, interpret, and present key performance metrics.
Proven ability to support sales enablement efforts, such as RFP responses, ROI models, and sales deck creation.
A strong process-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement automation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey data and recommendations to executives.
Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
