• Design and implement delivery frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures that scale AI Solutions revenue by several orders of magnitude over the next 24 months
• Establish clear SOPs, AI-specific quality gates (eval frameworks, model performance thresholds, hallucination controls), and risk management protocols while maintaining flexibility for client-specific needs
• Create metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into delivery health, margin performance, and customer satisfaction
• Own CSAT, margin, and quality metrics across all AI Solutions and custom development engagements
• Implement early warning systems to identify at-risk projects and orchestrate rapid intervention
• Conduct regular business reviews with delivery teams to ensure adherence to financial targets and scope management
• Establish post-mortem and lessons-learned processes that systematically improve delivery capabilities
• Partner with AI Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to define outcome-based delivery models and fixed-fee engagement structures, and to ensure tight handoffs between Solutions Architects (FDEs) and delivery program managers on every engagement
• Build resource management and capacity planning systems that optimize utilization while preventing burnout
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and capability development to delivery managers and project leads
• Serve as an Executive / Senior Sponsor for strategic enterprise engagements, partnering directly with client executives to shape delivery strategy, mitigate risk, and drive long-term partnership growth

Head of AI Solutions Delivery

Data Analyst

• Embed yourself in assigned business function to deeply understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities
• Proactively identify analytical opportunities before stakeholders ask—hunt for insights that drive action
• Design and lead experiments, A/B tests, and pilots with clear success metrics and measurement frameworks
• Deliver insights with clear recommendations and next steps, not just data summaries
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that enable ongoing business monitoring
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency
• Develop forecasting and predictive models to support strategic planning and resource allocation
• Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder action
• Train business partners on self-service analytics tools and metrics definitions
• Create documentation and resources that enable stakeholders to answer basic questions independently
• Serve as the data expert for your business area, ensuring consistent interpretation of metric

Revenue Operations

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound RevOps requests, managing the ticketing queue to triage, route, and resolve Tier 1 issues across the tech stack.
• Resolve common system issues in Salesforce, including data corrections, record ownership updates, field errors, and access requests, while ensuring SLAs are met.
• Escalate complex or high-priority issues to senior team members with full documentation and context.
• Perform routine data audits and cleanup (duplicate management, field standardization) across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity across the pipeline for account, contact, opportunity, and activity data.
• Support territory management workflows, including account assignments and routing rule maintenance, and assist with list management and data enrichment.
• Own the maintenance and accuracy of standard RevOps dashboards and reports in Salesforce and connected BI tools.
• Build ad hoc reports and data pulls to support commercial team requests, QBRs, and pipeline reviews.
• Assist with data preparation for forecasting, territory planning, and GTM analysis.
• Support day-to-day administration of core RevOps tools, including Salesforce, assisting with user provisioning, access management, and basic configuration changes.
• Help QA new workflows and system changes before deployment.
• Document operational workflows, SOPs, and system configurations, and identify recurring request patterns to surface recommendations for systemic process improvement.

Revenue Operations Specialist

• Define and own the revenue enablement roadmap, aligning programs to GTM priorities and sales leadership goals
• Build and maintain onboarding programs, sales playbooks, buyer journey documentation, competitive battlecards, and rep-ready enablement content within platforms like Spekit and Seismic
• Establish governance and quality standards for enablement content, ensuring materials remain organized, accurate, and scalable across teams
• Design and track enablement KPIs including ramp time, content adoption, certification completion, and tool utilization
• Own onboarding and ramp programs for quota-carrying roles, including role-specific learning paths and ongoing training initiatives
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted enablement programs that improve rep performance and productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and RevOps to support product launches, tool adoption, messaging alignment, and process rollouts
• Facilitate live trainings, workshops, and enablement sessions that reinforce best practices and drive rep readiness
• Manage enablement platforms including Spekit and Seismic, ensuring content is current, accessible, and optimized for rep self-service
• Build scalable templates and frameworks for consistent enablement content creation across the organization
• Leverage reporting, rep feedback, and performance insights to continuously improve enablement programs and connect initiatives to measurable business outcomes

Revenue Enablement Manager

Human Resources

• Own end-to-end plan setup, maintenance, and payout validation in CaptivateIQ across all quota-carrying roles
• Serve as the primary point of contact for rep-facing compensation questions, disputes, and escalations — no middlemen
• Maintain and govern the compensation data record: start dates, ramp schedules, OTE and quota assignments, and plan versioning
• Distribute, track, and archive pay plan acknowledgment forms in partnership with People Ops and Sales leadership
• Manage account assignment and goaling data, ensuring alignment between CRM data and commission calculations
• Lead the monthly commission calculation cycle, ensuring all payouts are accurate, documented, and delivered on time
• Reconcile commission outputs against CRM data, flagging and resolving discrepancies before payout
• Prepare commission accrual inputs in partnership with Finance for month-end close
• Maintain a clean audit trail for all comp calculations, adjustments, and communications
• Partner closely with our Salesforce Architect on comp plan design, modeling, and system-level changes — taking administrative ownership so he can focus on strategy
• Work with Sales leadership to communicate plan changes, quota adjustments, and program updates clearly and proactively
• Collaborate with Finance on comp expense forecasting, accruals, and budget vs. actuals analysis
• Support the People Ops team with new hire onboarding from a compensation perspective: plan communication, documentation, and system setup
• Identify and implement improvements to the commission calculation and communication workflow to reduce manual effort and error risk
• Maintain and evolve our compensation documentation library, including plan documents, FAQs, and admin SOPs
• Participate in CaptivateIQ system upgrades, new plan launches, and automation initiatives
