• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for Andela’s products, solutions, and learning programs that clearly articulates value to enterprise buyers.
• Own the narrative for each offering, ensuring messaging is consistent, commercially relevant, and adaptable across channels and regions.
• Translate complex technical and product capabilities into clear, buyer-centric language that resonates with economic buyers, champions, and end users.
• Own GTM strategy and launch planning for new products, solutions, and learning programs — from pre-launch positioning through to post-launch optimization.
• Ensure every offering is brought to market in a coordinated way, aligning regional marketing, growth, partner marketing, content, sales enablement, and revenue teams behind a unified plan.
• Build and maintain GTM playbooks and launch frameworks so teams across regions and channels can execute consistently.
• Monitor post-launch performance and bring data-driven insights back to inform future launches and messaging iterations.
• Partner directly with Product, AI Solutions, and Learning Solutions teams to stay ahead of roadmap priorities and translate upcoming capabilities into market-ready messaging and campaigns.

Product Marketing Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Builds the application layer between the AI/data engine and the field team user experience.
• Owns the FastAPI backend, including Pydantic validation, async endpoints, API contracts and structured error handling.
• Builds the React / NextJS frontend across various dashboards and ASM briefing / action tracker tools.
• Implements KPI cards, ranking tables, charts, dashboards and data visualisation components.
• Builds AI recommendation cards with confidence indicators and explainability panels.
• Implements action logging, follow-up assignment and outcome tracking flows.
• Deploys frontend and backend services using Azure Container Apps or related Azure services.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Data Engineer

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines for Dealer 360 and Aftermarket workstreams respectively
• Design and implement the dealer and aftermarket feature stores (Layer 1–2)
• Build ingestion pipelines for all external data sources (JD Power, PIN, S&P, Vehicle Registration, competitive scraping + 2 TBC)
• Write and maintain dbt models for data transformation, cleaning, and normalisation
• Enforce schema validation, data quality checks, and freshness SLAs across all feeds
• Collaborate with the Data Architect to implement the unified data model

• Design and implement delivery frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures that scale AI Solutions revenue by several orders of magnitude over the next 24 months
• Establish clear SOPs, AI-specific quality gates (eval frameworks, model performance thresholds, hallucination controls), and risk management protocols while maintaining flexibility for client-specific needs
• Create metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into delivery health, margin performance, and customer satisfaction
• Own CSAT, margin, and quality metrics across all AI Solutions and custom development engagements
• Implement early warning systems to identify at-risk projects and orchestrate rapid intervention
• Conduct regular business reviews with delivery teams to ensure adherence to financial targets and scope management
• Establish post-mortem and lessons-learned processes that systematically improve delivery capabilities
• Partner with AI Solutions, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to define outcome-based delivery models and fixed-fee engagement structures, and to ensure tight handoffs between Solutions Architects (FDEs) and delivery program managers on every engagement
• Build resource management and capacity planning systems that optimize utilization while preventing burnout
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and capability development to delivery managers and project leads
