About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a key role in building Andela's partner marketing program
- Develop strategies, programs, and relationships that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand presence
- Work with the Director of Partnerships to define and execute partner channel marketing strategy
- Serve as the connective tissue between the Partnerships team and broader marketing organization
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with named partners
- Develop a partner marketing playbook
- Establish metrics and reporting cadence for program improvement
- Own the strategy and execution for partner-focused events
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to bring full marketing toolkit to bear on partner channel goals
- Be accountable to partner marketing KPIs
- Optimize outcomes through continuous testing and learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–9 years of B2B marketing experience
- Significant portion focused on partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliance marketing roles
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling co-marketing programs with technology partners, resellers, or strategic alliances
- Experience developing and managing partner enablement programs and content
- Hands-on experience managing partner marketing development funds (MDF)
- Prior experience working closely with a Partnerships or Business Development team
- Experience in a global, remote-first organization
- Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset
- Strong program and project management skills
- Analytical and data-driven skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
