• Identify potential leads through a variety of channels, including online research, industry databases, professional networks, referrals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), freelance platforms (Upwork, etc), sales intelligence tools (Apollo, Hunter), email campaigns, networking events, webinars, conferences, and any other relevant sources to effectively discover and engage prospects for the digital marketing agency.
• Develop compelling and persuasive sales presentations to showcase our agency's services and solutions.
• Conduct engaging and informative sales pitches to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of working with our agency.
• Address client inquiries, objections, and concerns, providing suitable solutions and building trust and confidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with the client's objectives and requirements.
• Ensure proposals are comprehensive, professional, and tailored to meet the client's specific needs.
• Present proposals to clients, highlighting key deliverables, timelines, pricing, and expected outcomes.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with the Client Success team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from the sales process to ongoing account management.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics related to sales activities, lead generation, and revenue generation.
