About the role

  • Develop and implement effective paid search strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and optimize campaign targeting.
  • Set up and manage paid search campaigns within search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and others.
  • Create compelling ad copy and ensure it aligns with search intent, incorporates relevant keywords, and drives click-through rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements.
  • Track and report on key metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging paid search practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paid Search Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Proficiency in campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and other advanced paid search tactics.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present data-driven insights.
