Sales Development Rep

• Research and identify potential D2C and eCommerce brands that align with Anatta’s ideal client profile
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels — crafting thoughtful, personalized messages
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for our Growth and Partnerships team
• Understand prospects’ business goals and challenges to effectively position Anatta’s solutions
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report weekly metrics (outreach, engagement, meetings booked, etc.)

Sales Development Representative

• Manages day-to-day communications and expectations to ensure project & engagement success
• Facilitates all project meetings, tracks meeting action items plus sends recaps, and generates bi weekly status reports.
• Collaborates with internal teams, third parties and client stakeholders to ensure activities are planned and executed as scheduled; creatively solves problems and brainstorms solutions; communicates difficult information timely and tactfully.
• Controls quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation; enhances deliverables as needed; suggests process improvements when appropriate, ensures final acceptance.
• Manages risk, threats, opportunities, blockers and associated mitigation plans that could impact the success of the work; notifying internal and external stakeholders and escalating when appropriate.
• Understands what has been sold and ensures the delivery of those commitments.

Backend Engineer

• Develop and maintain high-performance, custom Shopify applications and mission-critical integrations using NodeJS/TypeScript/ReactJS.
• Lead the development and implementation of complex data synchronization strategies between Shopify and enterprise platforms like ERPs, OMSs, and CDPs.
• Build and consume sophisticated APIs, with a strong focus on GraphQL for Shopify's Admin API.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Front-end Developers to define technical specifications and deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Shopify API, webhooks, and the broader integration landscape.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that serves as a benchmark for the team.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for high-volume merchants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that span multiple systems and services.
