- Analyze results with statistical rigor and lead the scaling of winning solutions across the experience
- Own the measurement strategy for each account: custom events, funnel tracking, and KPI architecture within GA4 and Shopify
- Build and analyze end-to-end conversion funnels (landing → PDP → cart → checkout → purchase → retention)
- Identify tracking gaps and lead engineering/data partners through robust event instrumentation
- Build reporting and dashboards (GA4, Looker, etc.) that make performance and experiment impact instantly legible
- Own the performance narrative end-to-end — what happened, why it happened, and what to do next — turning analytics into a story stakeholders act on
- Serve as the strategic and analytical lead for clients, guiding optimization decisions with clarity and authority
- Present insights and performance narratives with compelling, business-focused storytelling that lands with senior stakeholders
- Bridge data, UX, and business strategy into a single, coherent point of view

- Establish scalable, repeatable measurement and reporting processes across accounts
