About the role
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts and data scientists, providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Drive business insights by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying trends, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership, product teams, and other business functions.
- Partner closely with GTM Compensation, Planning, Strategy, and Transformation teams to ensure business decisions are supported by data and align with overall GTM objectives.
- Present complex data analysis results and actionable insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply hypothesis testing and data science methodologies to guide a team of data scientists to build predictive models and optimize sales forecasts, customer segmentation, and churn predictions.
- Develop long term roadmaps on data and analytics strategy within the GTM function and identify organizational needs to continuously deliver in a growing company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in business analytics, data science, sales operations, or business intelligence.
- At least 5-6 years in a leadership role overseeing a diverse team.
- Previous work experience in multinational technology companies or consulting roles, particularly in a data-driven, high-growth environment (a plus).
- Experience working with Sales data in Salesforce as well as other GTM Technology data tools. Experience with Anaplan is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams, driving results, and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and clustering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment, including collaborating with stakeholders in a remote capacity. Experience overseeing work product and quality of other people.
