Product Marketing

• Lead the operational engine for the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team, reporting to the VP, GTM Enablement.
• Manage the enablement tech stack and all integrations with core systems, including system governance & administration, reporting & analytics, vendor management, and change management & communication.
• Provide end-user support and training; deploy new functionality to drive productivity.
• Establish and manage an enablement intake process and centralize/publish a global enablement calendar.
• Standardize and centralize reporting for all enablement programs and act as editor for the monthly enablement newsletter.
• Develop and execute strategy for GTM enablement technology (LMS, CMS, sales productivity tools) and oversee enablement analytics to guide decisions.
• Manage and optimize core enablement processes including program scheduling, communications, and budget management.
• Lead a team of operations professionals and partner cross-functionally with Ops, IT, and Marketing.
• Establish and maintain governance for all enablement content and data to ensure quality and consistency.
