Lead the operational engine for the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team, reporting to the VP, GTM Enablement.
Manage the enablement tech stack and all integrations with core systems, including system governance & administration, reporting & analytics, vendor management, and change management & communication.
Provide end-user support and training; deploy new functionality to drive productivity.
Establish and manage an enablement intake process and centralize/publish a global enablement calendar.
Standardize and centralize reporting for all enablement programs and act as editor for the monthly enablement newsletter.
Develop and execute strategy for GTM enablement technology (LMS, CMS, sales productivity tools) and oversee enablement analytics to guide decisions.
Manage and optimize core enablement processes including program scheduling, communications, and budget management.
Lead a team of operations professionals and partner cross-functionally with Ops, IT, and Marketing.
Establish and maintain governance for all enablement content and data to ensure quality and consistency.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, or a similar field, preferably within a B2B technology or SaaS company.
5+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of common enablement and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce and Seismic).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience with system governance & administration, reporting & analytics (dashboards & usage), vendor management (contracts, tools, budget, ROI evaluation), and change management & communication.
Experience providing end-user support & training and deploying new functionality to drive productivity.
Experience establishing intake processes, standardizing and centralizing reporting, and content/data governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
