Requirements
- Proven track record in semiconductor sales leadership within the tech, startup, or product development company
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with robust experience in dealing with startup environments
- Proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and executing them successfully
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to forge significant partnerships and close deals
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Equity Stake in Analogue Insight, vested over four years with a one-year cliff
- Compensation: Initially, the role will be equity-focused, transitioning to a revenue share and commissions structure post-launch
- Success Fee: A percentage from successful deals and clients onboarded
- Retention Fee: A fee structure to reward the retention of clients
